Reporting a technical problem
To help us diagnose an issue quickly, please include the exact page URL where it occurred, your browser and operating system, a short, numbered sequence of steps to reproduce the problem, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Where possible, use a small, artificial data sample that reproduces the issue rather than real or sensitive content. If an error message appeared, please include its exact text.
Accessibility feedback
We are committed to making our tools usable for as broad an audience as possible, and we welcome feedback on where we fall short. When reporting an accessibility concern, please describe the page, control, assistive technology, or keyboard interaction involved, along with the specific barrier you encountered. Reports are most helpful when they indicate whether the issue relates to keyboard focus, labeling, color contrast, zoom or text resizing, screen-reader output, touch interaction, or another aspect of the experience.
Privacy and security reports
If you have a question about privacy, please identify the specific feature involved and the data-handling behavior you'd like us to clarify. If you are reporting a potential security issue, please include the affected URL, a description of the potential impact, clear steps to reproduce the issue, and, where applicable, a non-destructive proof of concept. In the course of investigating or reporting an issue, please do not access another person's data, attempt to degrade or disrupt the service, or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review and address it.
Suggesting a tool or converter
We're always interested in hearing about tools that would genuinely help our users. When submitting a suggestion, please describe the real-world task you're trying to solve, the expected input and output formats, any important configuration options, and whether the task is realistically suited to local, browser-based processing. Please note that suggestions requiring private credentials, arbitrary code execution, or an undisclosed server-side dependency may not be compatible with the current platform design.
Please avoid sending sensitive information
For your protection, please do not email passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, confidential documents, personal records, production datasets, or proprietary source code. When sharing screenshots or examples, please redact sensitive details and substitute real values with safe, representative examples.
